Project Overview
Wills Bros were awarded an “Active Supplier” place on the Civil Engineering Contractors Framework for Northern Ireland Railways Company Ltd on March 2021. The companies on the Framework are invited to tender and undertake work for individual Work Packages during the Framework Period. The duration of the framework is 8 years in total (a 4-year initial term followed by extension period(s) up to a maximum of 48 months, with the granting of such extensions being at the discretion of the Client).
The anticipated cumulative spend for the 8-year Framework period is £150m. The framework involves a mixture of capital and maintenance works to all infrastructure, property and structures owned by the NIRC.
