Project Overview
Construction of 2.42mm of single lane carriageway split approx. 50/50 between online/offline alignment. The Works also included site clearance, fencing, safety barriers, drainage, earthworks, pavements, kerbing and paved areas, road signs and markings, public lighting and electrical work associated therewith, CCTV survey of drains, landscaping, Contractor designed structures, accommodation works, services ducts for Utilities and watermain works including temporary diversion.

- Excavate and replace 24,000m3 of unacceptable materials
- Import of 280,000m3 acceptable fill material
- 2x box culverts (4.5m x 3.5m x 30m & 2.5m x 2.5m x 42m) and associated wing walls (Contractor Design)
- 270m of piped culverts and associated RC headwalls, ranging from D1050 D2100
- 5000m of carrier/filter drainage
- 2294m of 4-way ducting for future services with 34x chambers
- 2300m of new HDPE watermains
