Project Overview
Wills Bros appointed Main Contractor and PSCS for Phase 1 Site A development of the Dublin Inland Port. The project consists of the construction of a concrete container yard inclusive of 2no modular office buildings, internal site access roads and the creation of a new 700m3 storm water attenuation pond.
Service installation included Surface Water and Foul Drainage, ESB MV/LV Ducting, the construction of 2no ESB Substations, Watermain, Site LV Power, Site Communications and Eir Ducting and Gas with Public Lighting, CCTV and High Mast Lighting Poles. The project also consisted of enabling works for Phase 2 which consisted of construction of a 25,000m2 container yard up to formation level with all associated Surface Water Drainage and a 1700m3 attenuation tank.
