Project Overview
Wills Bros are delighted to be working with Gloucester County Council on the next leg of the G2C Cycleway scheme. The project aims to reduce carbon emissions and improve active travel provisions for pedestrians and cyclists along the A40 between Cheltenham & Gloucester. Wills Bros work covers the 1.8km between Estcourt Road Roundabout to Elmbridge Court Roundabout.

- Drainage/tie-ins to existing drainage including 10 catch pits and 43 gullies.
- 3000m of Highway and segregated footway/cycleway track/shared use path.
- 5 junction realignments.
- 9000m new kerbing.

- 19000 m2 surfacing repairs/reprofiling.
- Approximately 32 Traffic signals installed.
- 24 streetlighting column relocations.
