Project Overview
Wills Bros are delighted to be working with Gloucester County Council on the next leg of the G2C Cycleway scheme. The project aims to reduce carbon emissions and improve active travel provisions for pedestrians and cyclists along the A40 between Cheltenham & Gloucester. Wills Bros work covers the 2km stretch between Cheltenham and Bishop’s Cleeve.

- 150m fibre cable duct slewing/lowering.
- 50m HP water diversion.
- Drainage/tie-ins to existing drainage including 10 catch pits and 40 gullies.
- 2100m of highway and segregated footway/cycleway track/shared use path.
- 9 Junction realignments.
- 4600m new kerbing.
- 18 pedestrian crossings.
