Project Overview
Wills Bros are currently constructing a new 10.85hectare Public Park in Adamstown, Co. Dublin. The Park is located within Tandy’s Lane Helens Development Area within Adamstown SDZ Planning Scheme Area.
Works include a significant amount of earthworks, drainage, ducting, hard and soft landscape works, sports facilities (consisting of an All-Weather GAA Playing Pitch, Cricket Oval, Tennis and Basketball Courts), a pavilion building with changing facilities and cafe and specialised works (via a novated specialist) for playgrounds. The existing Tober stream was realigned to run along the western boundary of the park.
