Leading Lights Awards 2023
Congratulations to all the team at Sacyr/Wills Bros/Somague Joint Venture (SWSJV) and the A6 Dungiven to Drumahoe Dualling Scheme in Northern Ireland. Earlier this week, at an Awards ceremony in London they were announced as winners in the Community Engagement section of the Considerate Constructors Scheme Leading Lights Awards.
The Leading Lights Awards recognise and showcase innovative and impactful work irrespective of a project’s value and an organisation’s size. They are free to enter, but limited to three entries per Individual, Organisation, Site or Ultra Site Award.
Their winning entry was centered around the project’s full sponsorship of a therapy dog trained and cared for by Assistance Dogs Northern Ireland (ADNI). MIA the therapy dog will provide mental health support for people in the local area for years to come.
