Celebrating Pride Month
Throughout Pride Month, we asked colleagues across the business the question: “What does Pride mean to you?”
Their responses highlighted the importance of being yourself, respecting others, feeling accepted, and creating a workplace where everyone belongs. We also hosted a relaxed Pride Month Cake & Quiz drop-in, giving colleagues the opportunity to come together, enjoy some cake, test their knowledge, and start conversations about the significance of Pride. Small moments like these help create a culture where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and able to bring their whole selves to work.
