Wills Bros is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Construction Manager to join our team on a major road and bridge infrastructure project in Tipperary. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a live, high-security environment, contributing to the successful delivery of complex structural and civil works while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage defined packages of road and bridge works from planning through to delivery.
• Coordinate site teams, foremen, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Drive safe, on‑programme, and high‑quality delivery.
• Prepare and implement programmes, RAMS, method statements, and ITPs.
• Lead daily planning / whiteboard meetings.
• Support planning, procurement, and commercial activities.
• Resolve technical and constructability issues.
• Report progress to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Agent, Construction Manager, or Senior Engineer.
• Strong background in road and/or bridge infrastructure projects.
• Experience with a main contractor (or major subcontractor).
• Solid knowledge of Irish H&S and environmental regulations.
• Confident leader with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office 365, SharePoint, MS Project, etc.
