Wills Bros are seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join our infrastructure teams across Dublin. This role suits a motivated Civil Engineer with strong site experience who is keen to progress their career delivering large‑scale infrastructure schemes within a leading main‑contractor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out accurate setting out and dimensional control for road and bridge works.
• Check and verify benchmarks, setting‑out points, and survey equipment calibration.
• Complete as‑built surveys and maintain accurate site records.
• Ensure works are delivered in full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Support quality control of workmanship and materials.
• Assist in resolving technical and constructability challenges on site.
• Maintain daily site records, reporting, and photographic documentation.
• Support project planning, sequencing, and progress monitoring.
• Promote efficient use of resources and minimise waste on site.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5-7 years’ experience working on road and/or bridge infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of site engineering, surveying, and construction methodologies.
• Experience working with a main contractor (or large civil subcontractor).
• Good knowledge of Irish Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full, clean driving licence.
