Wills Bros is seeking an experienced a Bid Co-Ordinator (Civil Engineering) to join our Precontracts team at our Foxford office. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a live, high-security environment, contributing to the successful delivery of complex structural and civil works while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is a full-time, office-based role in our Foxford office.

As Bid Co-ordinator, you will help prepare client-ready prequalification documents and support tender activities, while keeping company details up to date across key industry portals. You’ll work with colleagues across the business and assist with capability/marketing information when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support vendor pre-qualification and compliance for civil engineering and construction projects.
  • Prepare submissions and supporting materials by pulling together technical and compliance information.
  • Check information for accuracy and completeness and help maintain the supplier database.
  • Update company information on contractor, supplier, tender, and government portals.
  • Pull together information for basic reporting and assist with capability/marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in pre-qualification, tendering/bidding, or contractor/vendor evaluation within the Civil Engineering / Construction industry.
  • Good document preparation skills, with strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Construction knowledge and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, ERP) is an advantage.
