We were pleased to attend Scotland’s first Youth Guarantee Jobs Fair which took place in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
Officially opened by Pat McFadden, Secretary of State for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). With around 2,500 young people aged 16–24 in attendance, the event brought together over 60 employers and training organisations, all focused on supporting the next generation into employment.
Ours Aislinn Watters and Angela Newlands were on hand to share information on our current vacancies and speak with attendees about the wide range of roles and career pathways available within the construction industry. A great opportunity to engage with future talent and highlight the many routes into our sector!
