- Meet Mitchell, our Graduate IT Apprentice, who is combining university study with real responsibility across our projects. From systems support to digital improvements that increase efficiency and collaboration, his role strengthens how we deliver our infrastructure projects in Scotland and throughout the UK. Apprenticeships aren’t one dimensional, they develop the diverse skills modern businesses need.
