This International Women’s Day, our colleagues across the business have shared their thoughts on this year’s theme: Give to Gain.
At Wills Bros, women represent 22% of our workforce, almost a quarter of our team compared with an industry average of around 14% across the construction sector (GoConstruct). While there is still progress to be made across the industry, it’s encouraging to see positive change taking place. Across our projects, engineering teams and support functions, talented women are helping to shape the work we deliver and the communities we work in every day.
We are proud of the contribution they make to our business and to the wider construction sector.
