Wills Bros Ltd is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our busy Procurement Department based in Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and cost‑effective supply of materials to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request, review, and compare supplier quotations to ensure best value and availability.
- Raise purchase orders and manage the full ordering process.
- Track deliveries, follow up on PODs, and confirm delivery dates.
- Manage returns and ensure timely receipt of credit notes.
- Handle supplier queries and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Liaise with internal managers to secure approvals and maintain accurate purchasing records.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain Administration, or a similar administrative role essential.
- Experience in plant procurement essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational abilities.
- Confident dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating internal systems.
- Experience using accounting or procurement software.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
