We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Prequalification Assistant Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Foxford, Co. Mayo. This role is critical to supporting the business development function by preparing high-quality prequalification submissions and ensuring compliance with both company standards and industry regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, while playing a key role in maintaining and improving our prequalification systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the preparation of high-quality prequalification and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate input from various departments to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage and update content across multiple online prequalification portals
  • Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all documentation.
  • Monitor industry best practices and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, feedback, and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field (Level 6 or above essential).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction, civil engineering industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
