Wills Bros Ltd is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our busy Procurement Department based in Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and cost‑effective supply of materials to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Request, review, and compare supplier quotations to ensure best value and availability.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage the full ordering process.
  • Track deliveries, follow up on PODs, and confirm delivery dates.
  • Manage returns and ensure timely receipt of credit notes.
  • Handle supplier queries and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Liaise with internal managers to secure approvals and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain Administration, or a similar administrative role essential.
  • Experience in plant procurement essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational abilities.
  • Confident dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating internal systems.
  • Experience using accounting or procurement software.
  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
