It’s results week in Scotland and through we managed to catch up with some of our fabulous team who wanted to share their career journey and highlight that:
- Roads aren’t always straight, they are full of twists and turns that shape our journey, a bit like career paths.
- There’s No Wrong Path.
- Success doesn’t always follow a direct route.
- Twists, turns, and detours are all part of the journey.
- Whether you’re heading to university, college, straight into work, or still figuring it out, your path will take you right where you’re meant to be.
Let’s celebrate the different routes we’ve all taken, because every journey counts. “So come on, let’s do the twist” because careers often take a spin or two before you find your groove, and that’s perfectly OK.
