Responsibilities:

• Prepare and support the development of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Assist with procurement processes and subcontractor management
• Monitor project progress, prepare valuations, and generate cost reports
• Support contract administration and commercial reporting
• Collaborate with on‑site teams to ensure contractual and financial objectives are met

Requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying (essential)
• 3 years’ experience in a civil engineering QS role
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, professional approach and willingness to grow
• A full, clean driving licence and your own vehicle are essential.
