Wills Bros are seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join our nationwide teams. We are looking for motivated professionals with strong technical expertise and proven experience in large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. Our work spans a wide range of sectors, including road and bridge infrastructure, major drainage schemes, structural construction, site remediation, land reclamation, and bulk earthworks.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide accurate setting out and dimensional control of works.
• Check setting out points, benchmarks, and calibration of equipment.
• Carry out as-built surveys and maintain project records.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Support quality control processes for workmanship and materials.
• Provide engineering solutions to technical challenges on site.
• Maintain daily site records and photographic documentation.
• Assist with project planning, monitoring, and scheduling.
• Promote efficient resource use and minimise site waste.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (essential).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of site operations, safety regulations, and surveying.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and best practices.
• Full, clean driving licence.
