Wills Bros Ltd are seeking highly motivated and career-driven Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will be based on the Latteragh Road Realignment scheme 5 days a week. Full clean driving licence and own car essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an early careers quantity surveyor to gain invaluable experience within a well-established and forward-thinking civil engineering company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Supporting the procurement process and subcontractor management
• Monitoring project progress and preparing valuations and cost reports
• Assisting in contract administration and commercial reporting
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual and financial objectives

Key Requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying essential.
• 6 months to 1 year experience working in a Civil Engineering company.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow
• Full driving licence essential
