Role Overview:

Wills Bros will deliver a 1.1 km twin-cell tunnel connecting Dublin Airport’s East and West Aprons beneath the main runway. This landmark project will improve airfield efficiency and future-proof operations at Ireland’s busiest airport. The works will include advanced civil engineering, tunnelling, and apron reconstruction within a live, high-security environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile, large-scale project in one of Ireland’s most critical transport hubs.

All applicants will undergo a Garda vetting process!

We’re Hiring Across Multiple Roles:

• 360 Excavator Operators
• Pipe Layers
• Excavator Drivers
• Drivers (10 Ton and Below)
• Roller Drivers
• Telehandler Operators
• Ganger (Crew Leader)
• Banksman (Traffic/Plant Coordinator)
• Signaller
• Carpenters
• Road Sweeper Operators
• Construction Operatives

 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (mandatory)
• 360 Excavator Drivers must hold valid CPCS/CSCS or equivalent tickets
• Full driving licence and own transport essential
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Good understanding of Irish Health & Safety regulations
