Description:
The Bid Administrator will support the Bid and Estimating teams in preparing, coordinating, and submitting high-quality tenders for civil engineering projects. This role ensures compliance with client requirements and internal standards while maintaining accurate records and deadlines.

Responsibility:
- Coordinate bid documentation and maintain tender schedules.
- Collate and format submission documents to meet client specifications.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information.
- Proofread and check documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain bid library and update tracking systems.
- Assist with pre-qualification questionnaires and compliance checks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bid administration or similar role (construction/civil engineering preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of public procurement processes in Ireland is an advantage.
