The Bid Administrator will support the Bid and Estimating teams in preparing, coordinating, and submitting high-quality tenders for civil engineering projects. This role ensures compliance with client requirements and internal standards while maintaining accurate records and deadlines.

Responsibility:

  • Coordinate bid documentation and maintain tender schedules.
  • Collate and format submission documents to meet client specifications.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information.
  • Proofread and check documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain bid library and update tracking systems.
  • Assist with pre-qualification questionnaires and compliance checks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bid administration or similar role (construction/civil engineering preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of public procurement processes in Ireland is an advantage.
