Due to continued growth, we are seeking Sub Agents to join our Dublin based project team. As a Sub Agent, you will support the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure works, assisting the Site Agent and Project Manager with planning, coordination, supervision, quality, safety and programme delivery on projects in Dublin.

Project Experience

This scope of work allows our employees to expand their experience and develop highly transferable skills throughout their careers.

Typical responsibilities include: 

• Assist the Site Agent and Project Manager in the planning, coordination and delivery of civil engineering works.
• Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to support programme requirements.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and technical information to ensure accurate delivery of works.
• Monitor progress against programme and report updates, risks and issues to the project team.
• Support quality control, inspections, documentation and records for completed works.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance on site.
• Liaise with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

About You

We are interested in hearing from professionals who possess:

• Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Site Engineer, Section Engineer or similar role within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications and site procedures.
• Good understanding of health, safety, environmental and quality standards on construction sites.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities, resources and programme requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work well with site teams and subcontractors.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
• A full clean driving licence would be an advantage.
