Congratulations to our Project Management Team in Kerdiffstown Park, Co. Kildare on achieving a perfect score of 45/45 in their recent considerate constructors scheme visit.

What is the Considerate  Constructors Scheme?

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a not-for-profit, independently managed organisation that supports and guides positive change in the construction industry. Construction projects that voluntarily register with the Scheme make a commitment to conform to the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice and to work proactively to raise their standards above and beyond legal requirements.

The Kerdiffstown Park Landfill Remediation project was commended on achieving a maximum score of 15/15 in the 3 scored categories which are:

  • Respect the community
  • Care of the Environment
  • Value the Workforce

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is well established in the UK since 1997 but is growing in prominence and popularity in Ireland. On average, 5000 construction and civil engineering projects in the UK & Ireland are registered with the scheme at any given time, maintaining good relations and improving the image of construction in the eyes of the public.
