Description:

Wills Bros are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Limerick team for a large Civil Engineering project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and detailed budgets for construction projects
• Monitor and manage project costs, including procurement, contracts, and variations
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assist with tendering processes and provide cost advice to clients
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain project timelines

Requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
